Do you charge for shipping?
$4.9 shipping for every order under $50. Free shipping for orders over $50.
How do I add a promo code to my order?
The information in this help article applies to all LUCKTELL products including Liver Support, Akkermansia, Senna Plus, Electrolyte Drink Mix, Comfort Sleep, and Multi Vitamin.
We offer discount codes for our products in various places including newsletters, emails, and marketing campaigns. You can add a promo code to a new order or an existing subscription.
During checkout for your order, the field to add the promo code will appear to the right of where you enter your information. If you clicked on a button or link that automatically applies a code to your order, this is where you will see that code.
Do you offer a discount for first time customers?
We occasionally offer discounts and other promotions. The best way to learn about these exclusive offers is to receive our newsletter.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
In general, you can expect 5-8 business days between the time you place your order and the time it arrives. However, there are some minor exceptions which are covered below.
Note: Once your order has shipped, you can track it using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email. This can help you get a better idea of when the order will arrive.
How do I find the tracking number for my order?
The easiest way to find the tracking number for your order is to view the shipping confirmation email. The subject line of the email is “A shipment from order #12345 is on the way”. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, be sure to check your spam folder.
If you’re unable to locate the shipping confirmation email, you can find the tracking number in your account. Once you log into your account, select Order History. Locate your most recent order, and if the status is Fulfilled, you can select Track order status to view your tracking number.
What do I do if my order hasn't shipped yet?
If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email please check the status of your order within your account. If the order status is "Fulfilled", select Track order status to access your tracking number. If the status is "Unfulfilled", check your email inbox and spam folder for your original confirmation email from DiedrickRyley@gmail.com. Your confirmation email should contain the details of any expected shipping delays.

What should I do if my order is shipping to the wrong address?
If you notice an error in your shipping address after your order is placed, please contact us via chat with the correct address as soon as possible.
Note: If you reach out after your order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that it will be successfully redirected. If we're unable to redirect the shipment, our Customer Care Team will work with you to determine your replacement options.
